By downloading, installing, or using Charty ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Charty is an iOS application that allows you to create, style, and manage charts directly from Apple's Shortcuts app. The App is developed and maintained by Rodrigo Araújo.
Charty offers auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock premium features:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until then.
Charty may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited once you purchase a subscription.
Users who purchased the original Charty Premium one-time unlock ($4.99) retain lifetime access to all features available in Charty 2.0 without needing to subscribe.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer does not have the ability to issue refunds.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:
All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Charty are the property of Rodrigo Araújo. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights to any of its intellectual property.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
